Custom Order Policy
Thank you for choosing us for your custom apparel. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.
By placing a custom order, you agree to the terms outlines below.
1. Design Ownership & Copyright
By submitting a design, you confirm that:
- You own the rights to the design, or
- You have written permission from the copyright/trademark owner to reproduce it.
We do not print copyrighted, trademarked, or licensed images without proper authorization. This includes (but not limited to):
- Logos and brand marks
- Professional sports teams and leagues
- Movie, television, or cartoon characters
- Celebrity images
- Designer brand artwork
We reserve the right to cancel any order that contains suspected copyrighted or trademarked material. Orders canceled due to copyright violations are not eligible for refund if production had begun. You assume full legal responsibility for the designs you submit.
2. Proof Approval Process
All custom orders will receive a digital proof for approval before production begins.
- Proofs will be sent via email.
- You must confirm approval before production starts.
- Production turnaround begins only after proof approval is receives
If we do not receive approval within 3 business days, your order may be delayed.
3. File requirements & Print Quality
Customers are responsible for uploading high-resolution artwork.
Preferred format:
- PNG (transparent background preferred)
- 300 DPR resolution
Please note:
- Designs are printed exactly as submitted
- We are not responsible for low resolution, pixelated, blurry, or improperly formatted files.
- Colors may vary slightly from screen to printed product due to monitor and printing differences.
- Slight size and placement variations may occur during production.
If your file does not meet quality standards, we will contact you before proceeding adn fees may be required to fix files.
4. Production Time (Made to Order)
Standard production time is as follows;
Ready to Wear: 7–10 business days
Custom Apparel
• 1–4 pieces: 10–14 business days
• 5–11 pieces: 10–14 business days
• 12+ pieces: 14–20 business days
UV DTF Transfers
• 1–24 pieces: 10-14 business days
• 25+ pieces: 10–14 business days
This timeframe:
- Begins after proof approval
- Does not include shipping time, Orders may ship sooner than expected.
- May vary during high-volume seasons
We are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, carriers, or unforeseen production issues.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because custom products are made specifically for you:
- Orders cannot be changed once proof approval is given
- Orders cannot be canceled after production has begun
Please review your design, size, color, and placement carefully before approving your proof.
7. Print Placement & Sizing
Design sizing and placement are selected before checkout.
We are not responsible for incorrect size or placement chouces made by the customer.
Minor placement variations (within industry standards) may occr.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liability for:
- Customer-submitted copyright violations
- Low- quality artwork submissions
- Minor color or placement variations
- Shipping carrier delays
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
9. Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of custom apparel, all custom orders are final sale.
10. Non-refundable items
- Custom printed apparel
- Rush order fees
- Shipping fees
- Approved and produced custom designs
11. Eligible for replacement only
We will replace an item if:
- The item arrives damages
- The wrong item was sent
- There is a manufacturing defect
Claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery with clear photo evidence.
We so not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Incorrect size selected
- Color differences due to monitor cariations
- Minior placement variations
- Customer design errors
12. Shipping Issues
Shipping speed does not affect production time.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packaged once marked delivered by the carrier.
