Shipping policy

At Fusion Press Studios, we operate on a request-to-order model. Please review the details below to understand how and when your order will ship.

Invoice & Payment

Because many of our items are produced and reserved after purchase, processing times begin only after your invoice is paid in full.

  • Invoices are sent to the email provided at checkout
  • Payment must be completes within 24 hours to secure your order and production time.

Unpaid invoices may result in order cancellation.

Production Time (Made to Order)

Ready to Wear: 7–10 business days

Custom Apparel
• 1–4 pieces: 10–14 business days
• 5–11 pieces: 10–14 business days
• 12+ pieces: 14–20 business days

UV DTF Transfers
• 1–24 pieces: 7–12 business days
• 25–250 pieces: 10–14 business days
• 250–500 pieces: 14–18 business days

Mixed Orders

Orders containing different types of items will ship together once all items are ready.

If you'd like items shipped separately, contact us (additional shipping fees may apply).

Production time does not include shipping. Orders may ship sooner than expected. During high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly. Customers will be notified if delays occur. 

Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or included on your invoice based on weight and destination
  • We ship primarily via USPS/UPS/FedEx
  • Free shipping is offered on orders over $150

International Shipping

We ship internationally. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues.

If your package arrives with visible exterior damage, please inspect the product immediately. We only replace items if the product itself is damaged — not for damage to packaging alone.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged due to carrier handling, please contact us at fusionpressstudios@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. We will assist you in filing a carrier claim when applicable.
