Refund policy

At Fusion Press Studios, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Because we offer both ready-to-wear and custom apparel, our policy differs by product type. 

Ready-to-Wear Items

Return Window:

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging. 

How to Start a Return:

Email fusionpressstudios@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Shipping speed does not affect production time.

Refund:

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Shipping fee are non-refundable. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at fusionpressstudios@gmail.com.

Custom Apparel

Because each custom piece is made to order, all custom items are final sale once production begins. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Design preference

Customers receive proof confirmations before production and are responsible for approving details.

Damages or Defects

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues.

If your package arrives with visible exterior damage, please inspect the product immediately. We only replace items if the product itself is damaged — not for damage to packaging alone.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged due to carrier handling, please contact us at fusionpressstudios@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. We will assist you in filing a carrier claim when applicable.

Order Cancellations

  • Ready-to-Wear: Cancel within 2 hours of placing your order
  • Custom Orders: Cancel before production begins (24 hours of proof approval)

Once production starts, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
